SONGS AT THE SHACKS
Requirements…
Hmmm. Requirements? More like an attitude. A love of the songwriting art form, a desire to express yourself and a playful spirit of participation is all that is needed. The ability to play an instrument is helpful, but not required (We can help you with guitar, uke and keyboard tips).
What you need to bring…
Your guitar, uke, accordion, or harmonica, your voice and your inspiration is all you need to bring. Amps will be provided for those who bring an electric guitar, and we have 15 or so old acoustic guitars. If you play a
percussion instrument such as tambourine or shaker, bring it. This is a participatory event!! Most importantly, bring your spirit of adventure and fun!

Red's Juke Joint and several other establishments offering live music, including an authentic Juke Joint where some of the few remaining old time Blues Musicianʼs still perform. All are within minutes of the Shack Up Inn.
